Project scope

Deliverables, timelines, revisions, integrations, fees and responsibilities are governed by the written quotation or project scope accepted for your project.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, paid plugins, APIs, payment gateways, messaging providers, app stores and other third-party services may have separate charges and terms unless explicitly included.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely content, approvals, access credentials and legal rights to supplied materials.

Website subscription

The ₹999/month managed website plan has a minimum six billing month commitment. Domain/hosting/SSL coverage and transfer/buyout conditions depend on the accepted plan terms and written scope.

Ownership

For one-time projects, ownership transfers after full payment to the extent specified in the written project scope. Third-party licensed materials remain subject to their original licenses.
