Project work

Because design, development and consulting time is allocated specifically to each project, refund eligibility depends on work completed, non-refundable third-party costs and the written proposal.

Website subscription

The managed website subscription has a minimum six billing month commitment. Cancellation, transfer and any buyout are handled according to the accepted plan terms.

Third-party fees

Domain, hosting, plugin, API, payment gateway and other external charges already purchased or committed are generally non-refundable by WebTechIO.
