By accessing or using the WebTechio website, services, or any related products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

WebTechio provides a range of digital product development services including, but not limited to:

• Web Development — Custom websites, e‑commerce platforms, and content management systems.
• UI/UX Design — User‑centered interface and experience design.
• Mobile App Development — Native and cross‑platform applications.
• Workflow Automation — Business process automation and integration.
• AI Marketing Tools — AI‑powered marketing and lead generation systems.
• Custom CRM Software — Tailored customer relationship management solutions.

All services are provided on a project‑by‑project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or statement of work ("SOW") that forms part of these Terms.

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal or SOW. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Deposit: A non‑refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work commences.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
• Late Payments: Payments overdue by more than 15 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment of all fees, WebTechio assigns to you all right, title, and interest in the final deliverables (e.g., source code, designs, and content) specifically created for your project, excluding any pre‑existing intellectual property or third‑party materials.

Pre‑existing IP: WebTechio retains ownership of all code, libraries, frameworks, tools, and methodologies developed prior to or outside of your project. We grant you a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use any such pre‑existing IP incorporated into your deliverables.

Third‑Party Materials: Any third‑party software, libraries, or assets used in your project are subject to their respective licenses. You agree to comply with all such licenses.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the project.

Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines are provided in the project proposal. We make every effort to meet these deadlines, but they are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide all necessary feedback, content, and approvals in a timely manner. Any delay caused by the client may result in a corresponding extension of the delivery timeline.

Acceptance: Upon delivery of the final deliverables, you will have a 7‑day review period to accept or request revisions for any defects that materially deviate from the agreed specifications. After this period, the deliverables are deemed accepted.

Revisions: Minor revisions and bug fixes are included within the project scope. Major changes or additional features may incur extra charges as agreed in the SOW.

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information to us.
• Comply with Laws: You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.
• Secure Your Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, passwords, and any credentials provided to you.
• Respect IP Rights: You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, or otherwise infringe upon our intellectual property or the rights of third parties.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose, or to distribute malware, spam, or offensive content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebTechio and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Loss of Profits: Any loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Data Loss: Any loss or corruption of data, unless caused by our gross negligence.
• Third‑Party Services: Any issues arising from third‑party services, platforms, or integrations used in connection with your project.

Total Liability: Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

By You: You may terminate your engagement with us at any time by providing written notice. You will be liable for any fees for work already performed up to the date of termination.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect our legal rights or the integrity of our Services.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately. You must pay all outstanding fees and return or destroy any confidential information we have provided.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version will always be available on this page.
