• Ensure that any content or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights
• Make payments in a timely manner as outlined in your project agreement

4. Project Timelines and Delivery

We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed timelines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
• Client-side delays (feedback, content, approvals)
• Third-party service dependencies (hosting providers, domain registrars, etc.)

We will communicate any significant delays promptly and work with you to mitigate their impact.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal or agreement. Standard terms include:

• A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required before project commencement
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may incur interest charges

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the work we create for you will transfer to you upon full payment of the project fees. This includes:

• Website design and source code
• Graphics, illustrations, and assets created for you
• UI/UX designs and prototypes

We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" and strive to deliver high-quality work. However, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebTechio disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall WebTechio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing under the following conditions:

• Mutual agreement between both parties
• Breach of contract by either party (with a 7-day cure period)
• Insolvency or bankruptcy of either party

In the event of termination, we will deliver all completed work for which payment has been received.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all confidential information with the utmost care. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to deliver our solutions, including:

• Hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean)
• Domain registrars and SSL certificate providers
• Payment gateways
• Plugin or library developers

We do not assume liability for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
