with the services we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds
may be issued and the process for requesting one.
We believe in transparency and fairness. Please read this policy carefully before engaging

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the committed timeframe.
- Material non-compliance: If the delivered work significantly deviates from the approved scope and specifications.
- Duplicate payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service.
- Technical issues: If a critical technical issue prevents the delivered product from functioning as specified and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service delivery date.
Note: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to resolve all concerns
fairly and in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the start of the project.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Consultation & Strategy sessions: Time spent on discovery, planning, and strategic consultations.
- Research & Analysis: Market research, user testing, and competitive analysis work.
- Third-party costs: Domain registrations, SSL certificates, hosting fees, and other third-party services purchased on your behalf.
- Custom design concepts: Initial design concepts, wireframes, and creative exploration work.
- Services already rendered: Work that has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
4. Custom Development Policy
For custom development projects, we follow a milestone-based approach. Refunds for custom development
are handled as follows:
- Before project start: Full refund of any advance payment if the project has not commenced.
- During active development: Refund of unused milestone payments. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
- After project completion: No refunds for fully delivered and accepted projects.
- Change requests: Additional features or changes requested after the scope is finalised are not eligible for refunds.
We work closely with you throughout the development process to ensure alignment and satisfaction at every stage.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project or service at any time. The following applies:
- Pre-project cancellation: Full refund of any deposit made before work begins.
- In-progress cancellation: Refund of the unused portion of any prepaid amount, minus work already completed.
- Subscription services: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for the current month are provided, but future charges will stop.
- Annual plans: Prorated refunds may be available for annual plans, minus any used months.

6. Timeline for Processing Refunds
Once a refund is approved, we process it within the following timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
- UPI/Other methods: 3–5 business days, subject to the payment gateway's processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
Processing time: We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days
of approval. The total time to receive the funds depends on your payment provider.
