SuryaNest Solar is a fictional sample brand. No team credentials, completed projects, government empanelment, ratings, office address or contact number are asserted. Prices and calculations are illustrative.
2. Enquiry data
If deployed on a compatible PHP host, a form submission stores the fields a visitor voluntarily enters (name, phone, location, selected system, email and notes), plus server timestamp. Storage is configured outside the publicly served website directory. Optional email notifications must be explicitly configured by the website owner.
3. No live delivery in local preview
When opened locally or hosted without the PHP endpoint, the form does not send data. Instead it offers to copy the enquiry or share it through WhatsApp. A production launch requires testing a configured backend and privacy compliance.
4. Calculator limitations
Subsidy, generation, savings, payback and loan figures are estimates, not legal, financial or engineering advice. Confirm subsidy status with the National Portal and loan terms with a bank.
5. Before production
Replace the demo brand, add a real registered business address and contact details, configure lead delivery securely, review privacy law requirements, and update official scheme figures as regulations change.
Website booking & enquiry data
On an activated installation, users may submit their name, telephone number, email, city, property details and optional notes to request a solar quote or roof survey. Booking records also contain the selected slot, reference and status.
Records are stored on the site owner’s server in a non-public folder. Access is limited to authenticated administrators. The purpose is responding to your specific request, arranging site visits and maintaining customer communication.
Enquiry data are not transmitted to a third-party CRM by this package. SMTP notifications, if configured, transmit the submitted information to the company’s selected email host. The owner must publish their real contact details, a defined retention period and a deletion/contact process before going live.
No online payment is collected. Session cookies maintain security and are not advertising cookies. For correction or deletion requests, contact the business using the live website contact details.
