Website terms & important notices

Demonstration identity and inventory

Aarav Sethi Realty is a fictional example of an independent real-estate broker website. The initial listings, prices, photographs/illustrations, areas and biography are demonstration content. They do not represent actual offers, ownership, mandates, availability, completed sales or verified experience.

Viewing requests

Submitted dates and times are requests only. A visit becomes confirmed only after the advisor has approved it. Submission of a form does not guarantee access to a particular home or create a contract.

No property payments

This website has no purchase, reservation, advance, token or deposit collection flow. Any future commercial transaction must be supported by accurate contracts, verified property and seller particulars, required registrations and relevant professional advice.

Due diligence

Users must independently verify property dimensions, title, documents, approvals, maintenance, price, availability and any applicable registration, including Punjab RERA where relevant. Guides and area descriptions are educational, not legal, investment or financial advice.

Ownership and permissions

The person operating the deployed website must replace the demonstration identity with an approved real business, ensure every published image is authorised and maintain accurate notices and contact information.
