Land and project documentation deserve detailed verification. Confirm development rights, access and registration requirements.
What to check on a site visit
Think about the everyday routine. Travel the route at your normal commute hour, walk the immediate block, inspect parking and access, and ask questions about utilities, noise and building maintenance. A familiar area name is not a substitute for seeing the precise property.
Questions worth asking
What is the property's actual format and area measurement? What ownership, permission and approval records are available? Who is authorised to market it? Are there recurring charges or planned works? Does the location work with your weekly schedule?
Compare your options
Shortlist two or three properties with similar budgets and requirements, then compare each against the same list. Independent legal and financial verification should take place before a serious commitment.
This is general area guidance; it is not a claim about prices, specific projects, infrastructure completion or expected future returns.
